DCS Recruitment currently seek a contracts manager in Birmingham on behalf of a national client
This permanent opportunity is working for an established interior specialist working within the leisure fit-out industry.
Consistent experience working within internal refurbishment contracts is essential
Applicants must be able to demonstrate:
- Quality leadership skills
- A strong understanding and compliance of health and safety regulations within the industry
- Project and team management skills
- Effective and quality communication both verbal and written
- Terminology and technical competence relative to the industry
Applicants must:
- Hold a valid CSCS card
- Hold a valid SMSTS with first aid qualification
- Be able to provide a minimum of two relevant references
