Castle Education are currently looking for talented and dedicated Higher Level Teaching assistants for exciting opportunities - for HLTA’s looking to secure a role for May or September - within local supportive primary schools.
This role will be suitable for any HLTA’s based in Scarborough and the surrounding areas. Long term contracts with good rates of pay are available, as are short term day to day supply contracts.
The role of a successful HLTA is to deliver and plan lessons to either the EYFS, KS1 or KS2 curriculum's. You must also have previous experience delivering to these levels. The role of HLTA could be perfect for NQT’s who are seeking greater experience before starting their NQT Year, or for any teachers looking to work shorter hours.
I would be keen to talk to anybody with a HLTA qualification with Primary experience, or any teacher's
to be considered for this role, you will need :-
> Minimum HLTA qualification (Qualified teachers and NQT's are also free to apply)
> A DBS on the update service, or willing to gain one through Castle Education
> Recent and relevant experience of planning and delivering work within the primary age group
> Ability to be flexible and plan and prepare work independently.
> A genuine passion for Education
