Castle Education are currently recruiting for experienced Advanced Teaching Assistants to cover various day to day and long-term supply assignments within the local York area. The roles are within local and supportive primary schools. We are looking for Advanced Teaching assistants that have a passion for working within the education sector.
I would be keen to talk to anybody with a Teaching Assistant qualification with Primary experience, or any teacher's looking to work fewer hours. The successful advanced teaching assistant will be able to demonstrate experience of assisting at Primary level and have determination, flexibility and a positive attitude with the desire to ensure a positive learning experience for children in their class, at all times.
to be considered for this role, you will need:
> Minimum Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (Qualified teachers and NQT's are also free to apply)
> A DBS on the update service, or willing to gain one through Castle Education
> Recent and relevant experience of planning and delivering work within the primary age group
> Ability to be flexible to plan and prepare work independently.
