Our client, a global manufacturing and distribution business, has an opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor to provide Generalist HR advice and support to employees and managers across multiple UK sites.

Reporting to the Head of HR, the successful candidate will be responsible for providing more complex HR advice and support to site leadership teams. Additionally, you will be responsible for strategic project work relating to a number of change initiatives, coaching and developing line managers, and ensuring the HR service is aligned with the broader business strategy.

To be considered for this opportunity you should be degree and, CIPD, qualified, with HR Business Partnering experience gained in a manufacturing / shop floor environment or similar. Ideally you will be experienced in a multi-site business.  A driving licence is essential.
