Castle Employment HR division are working with their North Yorkshire-based client to recruit a HR Advisor.  

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to support an already successful global business with ambitious growth plans.  Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be responsible for the delivery of HR advice and support to the business, working in partnership with the management teams to help embed and deliver people orientated and pragmatic solutions.

You will be responsible for helping to build the capability and confidence of leaders and managers on all people matters, helping them to understand, access and improve capability of their teams.  Additionally you will provide HR insight into a broad range of ER issues.  The role will also include the provision of advice to hiring managers on the end to end resourcing process.

The ideal candidate will be CIPD qualified (minimum Level 3), and have previous experience in a HR Generalist role ideally working for a business with global reach. Additionally, you will have experience of managing change, be a highly effective communicator with an ability to build credible working relationships, and possess the ability to coach, train and guide managers across a range of people issues.
