Castle Human Resources division is working on behalf of one of our Yorkshire based clients to recruit a Senior HR Business Partner / Head of HR.

Our client is a highly successful and growing business focused on investing in and developing the best people in the market.

They currently have an opportunity for an experienced senior level HR Business Partner / Head of HR to represent HR in strategic business decisions, and provide leadership to senior business leaders on a broad range of people issues including talent strategy, succession planning, employee development and engagement, change management and OD.  Additionally, you will coach the leadership team to develop effective management and leadership behaviours, giving people leaders the tools to succeed.

The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the business and wider HR team to define and implement forward-thinking people strategies, and drive change leadership whilst maintaining strong strategic relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

We are looking for a degree and CIPD qualified individual with at least 8-10 years of senior HR experience, and an ability to apply HR knowledge and experience across all HR policies, programs, processes and functions.  You will have strong internal consulting skills, with the ability to influence change, possess strong business-specific knowledge and organisation behaviour / design and effectiveness skills.  Additionally, you will have a proven ability to facilitate relationships and partner with senior business leaders, knowledge of employment-related laws and strong communication and management skills.
