About the role:

This traineeship offers a unique opportunity to develop practical skills and gain hands on experience in
  • Manage end-to-end insurance claims across domestic and commercial portfolios.
  • Liaise with clients, insurers, loss adjusters, and service providers to ensure timely resolution.
  • Handle new claim inquiries, including data entry, emails, and phone calls.
  • Maintain accurate records of claims progress and provide regular updates to brokers and clients.
What we’re looking for - Skills & Experience
  • Punctual, reliable, and energetic with a strong work ethic
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Good time management, and organisational skills.
  • Experience in customer-focused roles is highly regarded.
