Warehouse Coordinator – Full Time

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Coordinator to join our growing team.

A leading manufacturing and recycling company, building the largest and most advanced collection, sorting, and recycling facilities in Australasia. We partner with progressive organisations like Asahi Beverages and Coca-Cola Euro pacific Partners, who recognise PET plastic as a valuable resource that can be recycled and transformed into new beverage bottles—reducing waste and supporting a more sustainable future.

Our work is part of a bigger system where businesses, communities, and consumers all play a role. From recycling at home to participating in Container Deposit Schemes (CDS) and choosing products made from recycled materials, every step contributes to closing the loop on plastic waste.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate inventory stock levels and conduct regular stock checks
  • Coordinate and manage truck movements, including scheduling and dispatch
  • Perform data entry using SAP and Excel systems
  • Operate forklifts safely and efficiently
  • Supervise and support a team of 3 forklift drivers
  • Work closely with the Team Leader to manage daily warehouse activities

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a warehouse coordination or similar role
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
  • Experience with SAP and Excel
  • Valid forklift licence and confident operating experience
  • Leadership or supervisory experience is highly regarded
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

Position Details:

  • Pay Rate: $38-$41
  • Roster: Monday to Friday, 6:00am – 2:00pm
  • Overtime available, including occasional Saturdays and weekday overtime
