We’re partnering with a leading enterprise organisation undergoing a major customer platform transformation and are seeking an experienced Technical Delivery Lead to oversee a greenfield Dynamics 365 CE program.

This role will take ownership of end-to-end technical delivery across D365 CE and multiple integrated platforms, ensuring workstreams are aligned, dependencies managed, and deployments delivered smoothly.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead technical delivery across Dynamics 365 CE and integrated business systems
• Coordinate vendors, internal teams and implementation partners
• Manage integrations, environments, deployments and test readiness
• Oversee data mapping, migration planning and cross-team dependencies
• Identify and manage delivery risks, issues and escalations
• Provide clear progress reporting to senior stakeholders

What we’re looking for:

• Proven experience delivering enterprise Dynamics 365 CE programs
• Strong background in complex systems integration and multi-vendor environments
• Experience managing deployments, testing cycles and technical governance
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and delivery leadership skills
