This is a newly created role within a growing technology function, focused on building long term platform capability across Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations and connected corporate systems.

This role will play a pivotal part in shaping platform ownership, functional standards, and future ways of working as the team grows.

You will act as the key link between business stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams, owning functional design and advising on system capability, configuration, and best practice.

• Lead functional design across Dynamics 365 F&O, with a focus on finance related modules
  • Translate business requirements into scalable, supportable system solutions. Advise stakeholders on what is possible within the platform and where customisation should be avoided
  • Own end to end functional involvement across implementations and ongoing optimisation
  • Work closely with vendors during delivery while retaining ownership of solution design and outcomes
  • Support testing, validation, and adoption to ensure solutions meet business needs
  • Contribute to broader enterprise architecture initiatives including system integrations beyond ERP
  • Act as a long term platform owner rather than a project only resource
  • Support the development of future team capability and naturally evolve into a leadership role over time
