We’re looking for an AI Solutions Engineer to join a growing Business Applications team within a Microsoft-first environment.

This role is all about applied AI. You’ll be designing and deploying AI solutions into the business using Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure services and the Power Platform. These are real solutions in production, not experimentation or custom model research.

If you’re currently working with Copilot, building agents, understanding how AI solutions are designed and governed, and want to be closer to the business impact of what you build, this role will suit you.

What you’ll be doing

• Designing and delivering AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio
• Working closely with Senior AI Engineers and architects on solution design
• Overseeing architecture and design where delivery partners build the solution
• Ensuring governance, standards and scalability across AI and Power Platform solutions
• Collaborating with business stakeholders to understand problems and translate them into technical solutions
• Supporting and evolving the existing Power Platform environment without being a support or ticket-based role
• Working alongside data and architecture teams on AI solution integration
  
  

  What we’re looking for

• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio
• Strong Power Platform foundations
• Experience using Azure services with a solid understanding of backend architecture
• Ability to explain how AI agents are designed, built and governed
• Comfortable discussing architecture, tech stack and solution design
• Background as a developer, or someone who has transitioned from development into Power Platform or consulting
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with business stakeholders
