Project Admin/Coordinator

Project Admin/Coordinator (140) Dubai, United Arab Emirates

JOB OBJECTIVE

·      Support Project management function with key coordination role

·      Reinforce the Project team with strong coordination and communication skills: Reinforce document controlling processes, report on project progress reporting including schedule updates, forecast to complete + Support project team with documentation submitting and communication tasks.

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

·      Action monitoring and follow up with team members for closure

·      Status & Progress reporting

·      Actual vs planned number of trainees / sale

·      Support Organization of project team Weekly reviews

·      Manage Document control process & Updating correspondence register

·      Correspondences management: Drafting and sending letters

·      Taking Minutes of meetings during internal and external meetings

·      Report on project management performance indicators

·      Works closely with the project Contracts Manager to efficiently report performance and record issues that negatively impact the project to support claim management

·      Propose and Implement Process improvement initiatives

·      Maintains a positive and professional working relationship with customers, sub-contractors and vendors.

·      Ensures full compliance to Company safety and quality procedures

WORK EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

·      5 years of experience of working on large scale and multi-countries Projects

·      Experience in managing Project Management Office.

·      Experience in Document controlling

QUALIFICATION, CERTIFICATION & EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS

 

·      Bachelor Degree or equivalent in relevant field

·      Strong communication skills & Team player

·      Strong organizational skills

·      Experience in coordinating projects and supporting project build up and deployment

·      Able to understand the baseline programme timeline and work with the programme team identifying risks and issues that could impact the delivery plan
