General Summary
Waterfront Front Service to support radars equipment fitted on ships.
Based in Alexandria, for easy access to Naval Base Alexandria. Potential random projection on other countries (i.e. Morocco, UAE)
Service description
Provide technical support to the Project Manager or Customer, on proposed offers or solutions
Provide Hotline technical assistance via phone call and email to end-users
Provide ad-hoc on-site technical assistance, including 1st level troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, on-job training
Provide administration and logistics support for the spares and repair deliveries
Local point-of-contact for customers, participate in project and sales meetings, provide feedback from customers
Education
5-year-degree in Engineering and a previous experience in the maintenance
