We’re seeking an experienced Executive Search professional ready to step into an exciting leadership role based in Dubai. This position calls for someone who is both hands-on in delivery and capable of building and leading a high-performing search team.

What we’re looking for: 

• Proven background in Executive Search with the ability to conduct your own research, market mapping, and candidate engagement.
• Strong leadership experience, with a track record of building and managing successful recruitment teams.
• In-depth knowledge of Construction, Engineering, or Data Centres.
• Minimum 6 years’ experience in executive recruitment, with prior experience as a Manager or Team Leader.
• Genuine ambition to relocate to Dubai and play a pivotal role in expanding a high-quality, international search function.
