Customer Service Representative

Customer Service Representative (BBBH10216) Silverwater, Sydney, Australia

Salary: AUD60000 - AUD60000 per annum

We are seeking an enthusiastic and energetic customer service agent with excellent communication and organisational skills to join a national market leading automotive organisation with offices based in Silverwater. This role sits within the Sydney service team and reporting directly to the Customer Service Manager. The ideal candidate has a professional, energetic and friendly demeanour whilst having high attention to detail. This is a full-time office-based position. Our client will provide 1:1 training and support in order for you feel confident and comfortable to provide accurate customer service. Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer queries (email/telephone) in a timely and professional manner that aligns with the company values
  • Maintain a positive, empathetic, courteous and professional attitude towards customers at all times
  • Promptly answer incoming calls
  • Accurately process customer orders
  • Maintain a good working knowledge of products and services
  • Provide accurate product information to customers as required and refer to Product Managers or BDM’s for support
  • Process Customer Credit Card payments as required
  • Provide support to BDMs, Warehouse and Production as requested.
  • Where applicable, identify opportunities for improvement for discussion

 Ideally looking for:

  • Prior administrative or customer service experience is essential
  • Both written and verbal communication skills to be clear, concise and confident
  • Demonstrated proficient use of computers and a variety of software applications including MS Office Suite
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Natural problem solver
  • Ability to work well in a team and autonomously  
  • Ability to adapt to changing situations in a calm and professional manner
