3rd Line IT Infrastructure Engineer–Plymouth

Are you a 3rd Line Infrastructure Engineer seeking your next exciting and valued opportunity?

You will play a crucial role by focusing primarily on project delivery and installation and secondly providing third line support to our client base.

The suitable candidate will have extensive experience of delivering and installing infrastructure solutions across SME environments, whilst experience of delivering similar solutions for large enterprise organisations would also be highly beneficial.

3rd Line Infrastructure Engineer responsibilities:

• Design, deliver and install infrastructure solutions.
• Liaise directly with clients alongside Project Management & Business Development teams to specify needs and ensure requirements are meet at all stages.
• Management and implementation of project deliverables for the 3rd line team.
• Provide mission critical support to customer infrastructure.
• Responsible for the monitoring, patching and tuning of customer environments.
• Provide proactive, effective and timely systems administration.
• Management of incidents, requests, changes and problems.
• Provide technical expertise and be responsible for the management of all assigned issues.
• Work as a point of escalation for junior members of staff.
• Works a technical lead in relation to any episodes of incident management.
• Be able to work to and hit agreed upon SLAs

The salary is paying up to £30,000 - £35,000
