Business Development Manager (Geotechnical / Civil Engineering
Office based or work from home.
Offices in Stockport, Glasgow and Bristol.
Basic: Up to £45k + Uncapped commission.
The Role.
For over 35 years our client has provided Engineering Software Solutions and Consultancy Services and now, due to natural growth, they are looking for an ambitious and dynamic Business Development Manager in Geotechnics and Built Environment to join an established team of commercial and technical staff. Reporting to the Sales and Marketing Director, your main focus will be sales of products and services related to the built environment, including managing a large number of accounts that have been developed over the last 20 years.
Job Requirements.
- Geotechnical / civil Engineer
- An understanding of the application of engineering simulation or commentary digital technologies.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Drive to exceed sales targets
- Sound understanding of Plaxis software.
Desirable Skills.
- Previous B2B experience
- Qualification to Degree, HND or equivalent level in engineering or related subject
- Experience in the use of simulation or engineering calculation software.
