Dyson - Trainer (DSNTR) Barcelona, Spain


Purpose of the role

In this role you will be training new agents in induction as well training existing agents with refresh sessions across all markets to improve performance across all KPIs to ensure any experience of Dyson Customer Service through our team at CPM positively impacts brand advocacy, loyalty and leads to Dyson repurchase. You will be highly motivated with a strong interest in developing the knowledge and skills of others.

Main accountabilities and duties 

  • To deliver trainings on products, systems, processes and soft skills to new and existing agents 
  • Keep training material relevant and up to date  

Skills and experience

  • Good communication, presentation and public speaking skills
  • Good time management skills with the ability to work under pressure
  • Flexible and able to adapt to sudden changes
  • Good command of both written and verbal English, other language is a plus
  • Proven training experience
  • Experience in eLearning and digital training
  • Must have workedin a fast-paced multi-cultural environment
  • Able tocommunicate effectively with people at all levels  
  • Able to operate effectively in Excel, PowerPoint & Word
