German speaking Customer Care Advisor - Leisure and Tourism

Salary: GBP0 - GBP10 per hour
We are currently working with a global name in leisure and tourism who are looking to build their team of German speaking customer service advisors for their London HQ. This is a fantastic temp – perm role for any German speaker who is interested in building their customer service skills within the leisure and tourism industry. As the German speaking sales and customer service advisor you will be the first point of contact for customers based in Germany and the UK, providing a great level of service via phone and email. This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone who likes to communicate with people, solve problems and wants to develop within a company.

Due to the nature of the role, you are able to upsell services which will gain you some commission on top of the basic salary.
