Our client an established hospital in Cork wishes to recruit a Clinical Nurse Manager for their Surgical Orthopaedics Ward, this is a CNM1 Grade. This is an exciting opportunity to work for a reputable expanding hospital. Are you a Staff Nurse working in Orthopaedics? Are you looking for your next career move?


Required:

* Be registered on the general division of the register of nurses NMBI
* Have at least 5 years post registration experience with a minimum of two years nursing experience in Orthopaedics
* Have proven clinical and professional ability
* Management experience not essential.
* Excellent Organisational skills
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Leadership and management skills
* Good IT skills
* Quality focus
* Risk Management
* Work on own initiative or as part of a team
* Approachable person
