Our client, a premier hospital in Dublin, is seeking a Theatre Quality Lead Nurse to champion patient safety and clinical excellence within their state-of-the-art Operating Theatre Department.

Quality & Risk: Drive clinical audits and risk management strategies to maintain the highest standards of safety.

Operations: Lead quality improvement initiatives that streamline departmental efficiency.
What You’ll Need
Registration: Full NMBI Registration and valid Irish work permits.
Experience: At least 5 years of post-registration experience in an acute setting, with a minimum of 2 years specifically in Theatre.
Education: A Higher Diploma or Post-Grad in a relevant field (e.g., Quality or Perioperative Care) is essential (or currently in pursuit of one).
Insight: Proven expertise in clinical audit, risk management, and Irish hospital operations.
Soft Skills: You are an approachable leader with stellar communication skills and a "can-do" initiative.
