Our client an established hospital in Dublin wishes to recruit a Clinical Nurse Manager for their Intensive Care, this is a CNM2 Grade. This is an exciting opportunity to work for a reputable expanding hospital. Are you currently working as a CNM1 & looking for your next career move?


Required:

* Be registered on the general division of the register of nurses NMBI
* Have at least 5 years post registration experience with a minimum of two years nursing experience in Intensive Care Nursing
* Have a recognised post - registration nursing course - Higher Diploma or Post Grad Course in Intensive Care Nursing or similar
* Have proven clinical and professional ability
* Management experience desirable but not essential.
* Excellent Organisational skills
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Leadership and management skills
* Good IT skills
* Quality focus
* Risk Management
* Clinical audit
* Work on own initiative or as part of a team
* Approachable person
