Within the IT department, responsible for the architecture, design, implementation and operational maintenance of business IT applications for the whole internal organization, we are currently looking for an HCM functional analyst 

You will work in the department responsible for developing and supporting the applications covering the end to end processes in Human Resource like

As an HRM functional analyst your mission is to participate in the assessment of new business requirements, analyse them, facilitate the in-scope developments and finally implement them on the current Human Capital Management system (=SAP HCM). With your technical and functional expertise, you will go in dialogue with our HR business department about feasibility, options to implement their requirements and propose improvements on your assigned HCM domains. In a near future you will obtain a key role in the assessment and implementation of the successor of the current HCM environment. 

Role and Responsibilities:

• You take the leading role in functional analysis of projects and enhancements.
• You acquire a good understanding of the business requirements and processes, to translate these into a robust solution design.
• You look for creative and simple solutions and you provide clear, structured documentation for the users, as well for the development teams and testers.
• You create, add, maintain Functional documentation with versioning of the different changes in a specific application or domain.
• You make project estimates and identify impact on IT infrastructure.
• You are responsible for the follow-up of the projects assigned to you.
• You explain the solution to the development team and guide them through the development cycle to ensure a correctly and timely delivery.
• You report on the status of your projects to the project team and identify potential risks.
• You provide support to the operations team in case of major incidents.
