Position: Senior Business Performance Engineer
Location: Doha, Onshore

Duration: 7 - 9 Months
PURPOSE:
- Responsible for leading RGS (RESERVOIR AND GEOSCIENCES) continuous improvement projects, analyzing and simplifying existing processes and editing related CMS documentation.
- Lead change within RGS.
ACTIVITIES:
- Lead RGS special projects with mandate from IPP Manager focused on organizational performance improvement within RGS including: operating rhythm optimization, capability building, simplification and /or lean projects, performance improvement projects, multi-disciplinary and cross-teams audits, etc…
- Assist team leads or write/update RGS processes documentation
- Promote Continuous Improvement mindset within RGS units by organizing information/training/specific sessions
Qualifications And Experience Required:
- 7-10 years’ experience in Lean / Management of Change
- Minimum requirement of a Bachelor’s degree (preferably in a Geoscience / RE / PE subject)
