We are looking for an HSE Safety Coach with the following details : 

Start Date : ASAP

End Date :   31/12/2026

Location: Offshore QATAR 

Work Status : Rotational 28 days ON / 28 days OFF 

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

• With large experience of similar activities at equivalent position (minimum number of 10 years )
• Familiar with offshore construction activities
• NEBOSH International Certificate or equivalent
• Fluent in English
• Offshore SIMOPS experience
• HSE Trainings: OPITO H2S / T-BOSIET / AGT

ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Promoting HSE policies & practices, culture and objectives for all entities working onsite
• HSE coaching of all workforces onsite.
• Along with Site FOPS HSE, being “visible at Site” and “walking the talk” with HSE best practice as a priority.
• Intervene where HSE deficiencies are identified and report – use STOP work authority.
• Attend TBT meetings and ensure jobs risks are properly identified and control.
• Work closely with the rest of the project team on the assigned location
