Business Performance Analyst (Business Performance) Qatar

We are looking for a Business Performance Analyst with the following details : 

Location : Doha, Qatar - Onshore

Duration : 3-6 Months 

Work Status : Resident, Single

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

  • 7+ year experienced professional having demonstrated mastering in Finance, Economics Business fields, technical field and technology with postgraduate qualification.
  • Understanding and exposure to complex stakeholder map (internal and externals).
  • Lean management experience and working knowledge of oil & gas value chain.
  • Fluent in English, good interpersonal skills.
  • Capacity to influence without authority.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Deliver the business performance management throughout the company, including its monitoring and regular reporting, to company Management and Shareholders,
  • Prepare company performance analysis in close coordination with the business, to provide feedback to the management and propose improvements to increase COMPANY efficiency,
  • Contribute COMPANY Strategic Planning process, including the company strategic objectives / KPIs definition, progress measurement / quarterly reporting to COMPANY senior management and stewardship of actions,

Leadership

  • Build effective working relationships with other departments and stakeholders

  • Get trained and deliver lean techniques and tools

Performance monitoring

  • Ensure quality and timely delivery of all internal and external reporting of COMPANY as per DFA an JVA, (Monthly Petroleum Operation Report, Daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly ManCom material)
  • Measures and report COMPANY business performance based on the required tools and ensures alignment across all areas of the business,
  • Contribute analysis to the business priority cycle
  • Establish the process for collection, consolidation of data.
  • Develop business intelligence capability :
  1. Gather and analyze industry data such wood mac and own the regular update of the research
  2. Leverage internal data management to simplify and automate reporting

Performance improvement

  • To identify Business issues and action plans to mitigate these issues.
  • Support and/or lead improvement projects
  • Contribute to cost consciousness in CP&D and facilitate streamlining actions,
  • Change and deliver improvement initiatives across CPD and the wider organization,
