We are looking for a Consultant / Freelance ( Technical Expert ) to work for our Client for managing temporary power connection studies.
Location : Dubai, UAE
Work Schedule : 2 Months first then, to work 3x a week
Desired Candidate Profile
> Currently based in UAE
> With good connection in Dubai Municipality and Utility Companies
> Freelance and willing to accept the work schedule
> With solid experience in Power Supply / Water and Electricity Companies
> With experience in Coordinating between utility company and EPC contractor
> With experience in Power distribution
> With experience in Waste-to-Energy plant
Job Description :
Technical Interfaces
• Clarify the requirements for the Temporary Power Connection
• Define applicable Specification in regards of DM installation in order to be compatible with the EPC electrical connection
• Manage Interface between the 3 electrical connections stake holders
• Attend and organize any technical meetings as needed
Note : EPC contractor is located outside UAE and will be through Visio-conferencing
• Obtain with the assistance of CLIENT approval between the 3 stakeholders of the electrical system to be implemented
Power current application
• Enter and manage contacts in order to proper apply the Power current demand of the CLIENT
• Fulfil application forms and all administrative requirements from CLIENT technical information
• Follow application inside administrative work flow
• Answer in connection with CLIENT queries
• Attend and organize meetings as necessary to obtain Power supply reservation
Deliverables :
• Validation of Technical specification at optimum cost to be followed by the 3 stake holders to match connection requirements
• Filled Application form for Temporary Power Reservation
• Approval notification of the Power supply acceptance
