Salary: GBP26000 - GBP28000 per annum + Free Parking, Private Health Ins.

A well-established insurance company is looking for a Fleet Support Advisor to join its growing commercial team in Liverpool. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Customer Service Advisor or insurance professional to join a supportive business that offers genuine career development and long-term stability.

What will you be doing as a Fleet Support Advisor?

  • Supporting a portfolio of fleet and commercial motor insurance clients.
  • Handling customer and insurer queries by phone and email.
  • Processing policy changes and maintaining accurate records.
  • Building strong client relationships and delivering excellent customer service.
  • Identifying opportunities to introduce additional insurance products where appropriate.


We would LOVE to hear from you if you have the following skills and experience:

This role could suit a Commercial Account Handler, Insurance Account Handler, Fleet Administrator, Insurance Customer Service Advisor or similar.

You'll ideally have:

  • At least 2 years' experience in commercial insurance or insurance customer service.
  • Fleet or multi-vehicle insurance experience would be an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently and use your own initiative
  • Strong attention to detail and good IT skills.
  • A proactive, customer-focused approach.
