We are looking for an HR Coordinator for one of our clients with the following details:
Start date : April 2025
Location : Residential in France, then UAE
Duration: 12 months, renewable
Candidate Profile / Qualifications
Professional Experience
Minimum 6 years in HR roles, preferably in large-scale infrastructure or Oil and Gas projects.
Experience in similar position
At least 3 years coordinating HR activities in a multicultural project environment.
Technical Skills
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in HR management systems and tools.
- Familiarity with training and development methodologies.
Level / Diploma
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Languages
Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
Soft Skills
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
Missions & Activities
Main Missions
- Manage all human resources (HR) coordination activities for Early Infrastructure Works (EIW) and
- Network Pipelines (NWP), ensuring alignment with project requirements and company policies.
- Serve as the primary HR point of contact for project personnel, contractors, and stakeholders at the
- NWP ENGINEER Offices.
- Coordinate workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, and training to meet project demands.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company standards, and H3SE (Health, Safety, Security, and
- Environment) policies.
Key Activities
- Promote a strong Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) culture by ensuring that all HR-related
- activities are performed safely and in compliance with the company’s HSE standards.
- Coordinate with project management and contractors to ensure proper staffing levels and skillsets for all project phases.
- Manage onboarding processes, including orientation, documentation, and compliance training for new hires.
- Monitor and address employee relations issues, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
- Maintain accurate records of employee data, contracts, and HR metrics.
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Prepare regular reports on HR performance metrics, including staffing levels, training completion, and compliance.
- Collaborate with local authorities and regulatory bodies to ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations.
- Organize and facilitate training programs to enhance workforce skills and competencies.
- Coordinate employee performance reviews and provide support for career development plans.
