Email Campaign Management:

• Utilising our CRM tools, run queries to segment our global database effectively.
• Create, test, schedule and deploy HTML emails to generate leads for Demand Generation campaigns.
• Optimise HTML files to ensure cross-platform compatibility and, increase engagement and performance.
• Implementing segmentation strategies – A/B Testing and MVT testing.
• Compile lead reports for campaign executives.
• Organise a weekly email calendar effectively and provide support on queries or technical difficulties.
• Utilise Google Analytics for tracking email campaign web performance.
• Provide monthly analysis of email metrics, KPI’s and make recommendations based on trends.

Data Analytics

• Pull tracking summaries and monitor engagement in terms of Opens and CTRs to provide a weekly update.  
• Carry out analysis on the data pool and highlight erroneous or incomplete data sets.
• Utilising email performance management tools such as Litmus, monitor email performance in terms of load times and provide insight on how engagement can be improved.
• Deliver email stats to provide insightful analysis for business growth and development.

Client Facing

• Actively promote email opportunities across offices, to create awareness of revenue possibilities using this type to marketing
• Work with sales to be available to hand client queries and issues
• Proactively push insight to clients
• Deliver end of campaign reporting once email campaign has closed
