We are looking for a TELECOM LEAD with the following details

Demob date: DEC-2027
Location: Doha/India/Oman
Work Status : Residential, Single
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
- Qualification: Bachelors of science (BSc) degree or equivalent in engineering,
- Experience: At least 15 years’ experience in the offshore oil & gas industry with minimum 10 years’ experience in a lead Superintendent role,
- Proven track record of leadership and problem resolution.
- Strong interpersonal and good communication skills,
- Available for technical missions worldwide,
- Experienced with COMPANY Standards (#Total General Specifications) , OPERCOM and ICAPS, DCC and relevant codes and standards,
- Language: Fluent English,
- Computer literate,
- Ability to work on projects in a complex and multicultural environment,
- H2S OPITO and T-BOSIET trainings.
JOB DIMENSIONS
- To assist and support the Manager N+1 in supervising the Raiser Platform Greenfield EPCIC Contractors telecom activities linked to the Construction, Pre-Commissioning and Commissioning of 1 New Riser Platform, 1 New Jacket and 1 New Bridge link to existing platforms, in both preparation and execution phases.
- The Telecom will report directly to the Manager N+1, and is in charge:
- To review the Telecom Construction, Pre-Commissioning & Commissioning preparation by the contractor, such as but not limited to: shop drawing, Installation and SAT procedures, ICAPS data base Population, procedures, RFC’S preparation, OTP’s preparation.
- To supervise the Telecom Construction, pre-commissioning and the commissioning execution at the fabrication Worksites, offshore at Al-Shaheen field in order to deliver an installation to CPY as ready for operation on schedule.
- To supervise the Company RP Telecom Supervisors Team during Onshore/Offshore phases of the of the Ruya Batch#1 RP Project.
- To manage telecom activities for their discipline from Ready for Commissioning (RFC) status to Completion of the commissioning activities.
- To assess satisfactory works responsibilities and job function in a safe and timely manner.
- Adhere to and effectively communicate Project HSE WORKSITE(S) instructions and policies.
- Proactively intervene where HSE deficiencies are identified and report them to HSE department
