We are currently looking for a  Process Supervisor for one of our clients

Following are Terms & Conditions for the role:

Type of Job : Contract Hire (contracted through MPH to work for the company)

Work Location : Eastern Province - KSA

Duration : 15 – 18 Months

Work Status : 6 days a week / 48 hours a week

*Candidates must have a transferable IQAMA in KSA

Job Description :

• Having 15 years of experience particularly NHT, CCR and Isomer.
• The role of the Process Commissioning Engineer is to work as part of multi discipline Engineers, Technicians and Vendors team in the preparation and execution of dynamic commissioning activities in order to deliver Process & utility systems to Operations in accordance with the project technical standards and schedule
• Responsible for technical support to operations identify and troubleshooting operating problems, coordinate operation task in startup, normal and shutdown, carry out test run, responsible to achieve the production program, optimization of CCR/NHT/PLT unit’s performance
• Provides senior level engineering capability for process evaluation, design and
  optimization of refinery operations, project design, start-up, troubleshooting, operations support, and testing of units
• The candidate will report to the Lead Process Commissioning manager and will be responsible for the safe and efficient execution of Process Dynamic commissioning activities associated with Rastanura Utilities and Process (NHT, CCR and Isomer) facilities including the pipeline sections and associated interfaces.
• The Process Commissioning Engineer will support the handover of equipment and systems from Mechanical Completion through to System Handover in line with the client's requirement.
• Help establish our client's safety principles and promote safety goal of 'no harm to people and no damage to the environment'.
• Ensure that the commissioning processes and procedures used for the project comply with the relevant client's technical and International standards.
• Work closely with the EPC Pre-Commissioning Team to ensure all Commissioning Interfaces are clearly defined and that the Division of Responsibilities for the scope is agreed and documented.
• Establish a strong working relationship with the various engineering, construction and commissioning departments and with the client's Operations and Start Up team members.
• Support the development of project schedules and plans in readiness for the key project milestones and the overall integrated Start-Up of the Project.
• Assist in managing the Commissioning scope in line with the agreed schedule ensuring sufficient resources and equipment are available to execute the scope within the agreed timeline.
• Coordinate and attend meetings, prepare minutes and reports as well as develop processes and procedures to ensure that the project progress of commissioning at the various sites is communicated to the leadership teams.
• Support and ensure commissioning input to the Delivery Teams quality assurance plans and ensure system quality and acceptance criteria are clearly identified within the Completions System and the Commissioning Procedures.
• Attend SAT as required.
• Interface with the Site Operations Team and Start Up Team on expectations at Handover
• Provides senior technical oversight and review for complex issues and key technical recommendations
• Supports the development of the next generation of technical leaders
