We are recruiting for an Offshore SLS for one of our Clients :

Terms & Condition:

Tentative Mobilization date: Jan 2023

End of  Contract: June 2023

Location / Work Status : Offshore Doha / Rotation 28 days ON and 28 days OFF


  • Minimum 10 years in the lifting & handling industry at supervisory level
  • Following OPITO certifications mandatory:
  1. LCP (LOLER Competent Person),
  2. Banksman Slinger OPITO Level 3 or 4,
  3. Rigger OPITO Level 3 or 4,
  4. Rigging Loft Management,
  5. NSL LEI-6 Lifting Equipment Inspection,
  • Broad and extensive knowledge in handling & lifting appliance & operations
  • Working to International standards such as: BS, LOLER, etc.!
  • Experienced in Oil & Gas Industry
  • Worked in onshore & offshore operations
  • Have working profile such as: Rigger * Rigger Foreman * Rigging Supervisor * Lifting
  • Supervisor * Lifting Superintendent
  • Risk assessment in relation to health, safety & environment
  • Supervision of critical and heavy lifts
  • Experience in training and coaching is preferred
  • H2S OPITO and T-BOSIET trainings.


  • Provide expertise in daily handling & lifting activities including the categorization of lifts
  • Risk assessment and hazard identification
  • Assist Company CPLO and Lead SLS in technical review of lifting operations
  • Selection of equipment for lifting operations
  • Attendance at lifting toolbox talks
  • Post-job debriefs
  • Assessment of completed jobs
  • Review of lift plans
  • Promote safe handling and lifting operation referring COMPANY HSE police and international standard, review engineering calculation for complex and complicated lifts
  • Review complicated and complex lift plan and attend the lifts
  • Perform condition check and fitness for purpose on lifting appliances, CCUs, and evaluate their utilization on site
  • Provide lifting and handling expertise advice to all HSE Site Authority (HSE-SA) and HSE-SA-Delegates
  • To be Involved in plans internal audits of the lifting operations, participates in lifting operations incident investigation and analyses
