Understanding of manual handling and HACCP
Great time management
Drivers licence and car are a good advantage.
Good knowledge of English is required
Responsibilities of Kitchen Porter
To make sure all the equipment that is used is cleaned and stored away correctly and neatly
and available for the different outlets are required
All areas in the kitchen are clean floors, walls and storage units
Ensure all kitchen equipment is working and report to maintenance if there are any issues
