Production Operative

Location: Cramlington

Pay:  £16.15ph - Days. £17.50ph - Nights

Days: 4 on 4 off, 12-hour shifts, 6am - 6pm

Nights: 4 on 4 off, 12-hour shifts, 6pm - 6am

Days 2 and 1 Night operators required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manual assembly of medical components to strict quality standards
• Accurately follow assembly drawings and SOPs
• Ensure product quality and cGMP compliance
• Set up raw materials; maintain cleanroom 7S standards
• Complete batch documentation and support continuous improvement

Attributes Required:

• Previous manufacturing or production experience essential!
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
• Basic maths skills; able to work effectively in a team
• Flexible, dependable, safety-focused
