HGV Class 1 (C+E) Tramper Driver – Newcastle Area

Spinner2 is recruiting an experienced HGV Class 1 (C+E) tramper driver to support nationwide trunking operations from the Newcastle area. This role is ideal for drivers who are happy to stay out during the working week and want consistent work with modern vehicles and strong operational support.

What you’ll be doing

• Depot-to-depot trunking / middle-mile deliveries across the UK
• Safe, compliant driving and accurate use of driver tech/apps where required
• Daily vehicle checks and professional care of vehicle and trailer
• No loading or unloading – handled on site

What we need from you

• Valid C+E (Class 1) licence with no more than 6 points
• Valid Driver CPC / Driver Qualification Card and tachograph card
• Minimum 2 years’ Class 1 experience
• Right to work in the UK
• English language skills (preferred)
• Comfortable with tramping/extended runs
