Electrical BIM Modeler/Coordinator, Sydney | $100,000 – $125,000 + Super
You know the contractor market. You've probably worked for one that won a big job, hired fast, then went quiet.

The role is for an Electrical BIM Modeler/Coordinator who is confident working in Revit and comfortable owning coordination. You will be involved in clash detection, working closely with other disciplines, and engaging directly with clients.
This is not a back-office modeling role. Your work feeds directly into delivery, working alongside installation teams, so what you produce is what gets built.
What makes this role interesting is the exposure. You will not be stuck doing the same type of work over and over. The electrical scope is complex and varied, and you will be involved across the full project lifecycle from early concept right through to construction on site.
For someone who's been doing coordination work at a smaller contractor and wants to step into bigger, more complex scopes without giving up stability, this is worth a conversation.
