Responsibilities:

● Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety, DVSA rules, PPE use and council policies.

● Carry out daily vehicle checks, defect reporting and ensure vehicles are not overloaded.

● Maintain accurate, real-time records via the in‑cab system (collections, missed bins, issues).

● Collect domestic/commercial waste and recycling, including litter bins, bulky items and special collections.

Requirements:

● Valid UK LGV CAT C / Class 2 driving licence

● Valid CPC and DIGI Card

● A reliable and punctual work ethic.

● Good written and verbal communication skills; literate and numerate.

● A maximum of 6 points on your licence
