About the Company:
We’re currently partnering with a well-established and growing aged care business who are on the lookout for an experienced Payroll Officer to join their team.
About the Role
Utilising your payroll knowledge, you will be responsible for:
- Process end-to-end payroll cycles in a timely and accurate manner
- Understand and perform Super and Tax calculations
- Liaise with external stakeholders and third-party providers
- Answer Payroll queries when necessary
- Process leave calculations including maternity, annual and personal leave etc.
Skills and Experience
- 2+ year’s experience in a similar end to end role is essential
- Ability to deal with high pressure and work to tight deadlines whilst working independently
- Experience with manual processes would be beneficial
- Strong processing of high-volume end to end payroll experience
- Exceptional communication skills with internal and external stakeholders
