About the Company:

We are partnering with a well-established business within the construction industry, known for their strong reputation and supportive workplace culture. Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced Payroll Officer to join their team on a part-time basis.

About the Role:

Using your payroll expertise, your responsibilities will include:

• Processing end-to-end payroll accurately and in a timely manner
• Managing superannuation and payroll tax calculations
• Interpreting Awards and EBA’s within the construction industry
• Responding to payroll queries from employees and stakeholders
• Processing leave calculations and payroll adjustments
• Assisting with payroll reconciliations and compliance tasks

Skills & Experience:

• Previous experience in end-to-end payroll processing
• Exposure to payroll within construction or similar industries highly regarded
• Strong understanding of Awards, EBA’s, and payroll compliance
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines
• Strong communication skills and stakeholder management experience
• Experience with large payroll systems preferred
