About the role

Operating within a large team and reporting to a highly supportive Payroll Manager, this role will see you processing complex end to end payroll and would be suitable for an individual who is attentive and driven to succeed, as well as:

Duties:

  • Perform end to end payroll
  • Process leave calculations, long service, maternity and parental leave.
  • Demonstrate high volume payroll processing
  • Demonstrate strong payroll system knowledge
  • Interpret complex EBA's and Awards
  • Undertake terminations & redundancies
  • Adhere to all payroll related queries and manage the payroll query inbox

Skills and Experience:

  • Experience working within a complex payroll environment
  • Experience using Chris21 or iChris is desirable
  • Experience processing a high volume of employees
  • Proven experience performing full function payroll
  • Strong understanding of EBA's & Awards, a Healthcare understanding would be desirable
  • Excellent written, verbal & interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and develop workplans to achieve deadlines
  • Ability to work well within a team environment
