Castle Education are hoping to engage with Animal Care Lecturers who are interested in a permanent and full-time position based in the North Yorkshire area located on the beautiful coast of Scarborough.

The Role will involve:

• Teaching Animal Care Management at Levels 1,2 and 3
• Planning, preparing and developing schemes of work,
• session plans,
• teaching and learning resources,
• Learning and assessment plans
• Recording student progress
• Motivating and inspiring students to achieve targets and develop their skills to enable progression

What you will need:

• Previous Teaching experience in Animal Care
• The skills, experience, and knowledge to deliver Animal Care
• Enthusiasm and patience to pass on your skills and knowledge to others
• The UK recognised teaching qualification
• DBS on the update service

The benefits of this role:

• The Salary is: 27,000 – 33,000 pro-rata
• Access to the teacher's pension
• 40 days holiday
