Job Title: Reach Truck Operator – Pork Factory

Location: Scunthorpe

Shift: Monday to Friday | 05:30 – 14:00

Pay Rate: £14.15 per hour

We’re recruiting a Reach Truck Operator to join a busy pork production site in Scunthorpe. This is a hands-on role supporting production and dispatch in a fast-paced factory/warehouse environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Operating a reach truck to move pallets of stock, packaging and finished product
• Putting stock away / replenishing production areas
• Loading and unloading vehicles safely
• Working to pick/dispatch schedules and following site procedures
• Completing basic paperwork/scanner tasks where required
• Maintaining high standards of health & safety and food hygiene

What We’re Looking For

• A valid Reach Truck licence (RTITB/ITSSAR or equivalent)
• Previous reach truck experience in a warehouse/factory setting
• Comfortable working in a pork/food production environment (strong smells; chilled areas may apply)
• Reliable, punctual and safety focused
• Good communication and teamwork

What You’ll Get
