Job Title: Packing Operative – Coffee Factory

Location: Brigg, DN20 (due to site location, own transport is essential)

GI Group is recruiting Packing Operatives to join a busy coffee production facility in Brigg (DN20). This is a great opportunity for reliable candidates looking for ongoing work, with both full shift patterns and individual midweek shifts available.

Shift Options & Pay Rates

Morning Shift (Mon–Fri): 6:00am – 2:00pm

• £12.71 per hour

Afternoon/Night Shift (Mon–Thu): 2:00pm – 12:00am

• £14.71 per hour

Additional requirement: We also need people who can cover individual shifts midweek (e.g., one-off or ad hoc cover on weekdays).

Key Duties

• Packing coffee products to quality and hygiene standards
• Labelling, sealing, and preparing orders for dispatch
• Checking product quality/weights and reporting issues
• Keeping the work area clean and tidy (food environment standards)
• Working to targets in a fast-paced production setting

What We’re Looking For

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Comfortable with repetitive tasks and standing for long periods
• Previous packing/production experience helpful but not essential
• Own transport is mandatory due to limited public transport and site location
