Production Operative – Spring Manufacturer (Gainsborough)

Mon–Thu | 6:00am–4:00pm | £12.90 per hour | Immediate Start

We’re recruiting Production Operatives to join a well-established spring manufacturing company in Gainsborough. This is a great opportunity for someone reliable and hands-on, looking for steady hours and an immediate start.

The Role

You’ll support the production process on the shop floor, helping to ensure products are made safely, accurately, and to a high standard. Duties may include:

• Operating and monitoring production machinery (training provided where needed)
• Loading/unloading materials and components
• Basic quality checks and visual inspections
• Packing and preparing finished items for dispatch
• Keeping your work area clean and following Health & Safety procedures

Working Hours & Pay

• Monday to Thursday
• 6:00am – 4:00pm
• £12.90 per hour
• Immediate start available

What We’re Looking For

• Previous production/manufacturing experience is beneficial, but not essential
• Good attention to detail and a quality-focused approach
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
• Comfortable with physical work and standing for periods of time
