Responsibilities

  • Perform administrative duties for Finance Executive Management Team
  • Managing very busy and ever changing diaries
  • Screening incoming calls
  • Travel and hotel arrangements
  • Organisation Charts
  • Processing Expenses
  • Meeting set up, video conference set up, teleconference set up
  • Events, outside meal planning
  • Ad-hoc administrative requests

Requirements

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to adapt to busy environment
  • Ability to face off with key business stakeholders
  • Planning and organizational skills
  • Able to work under pressure
  • Excellent collaboration skills
  • A positive attitude
  • At least 2 years of experience in a Team Assistant Role, preferably in Financial Industry
