Personal Injury | Solicitor / Legal Exec | 3-4 PQE

My client is looking for a driven and client-focused legal professional to join their Personal Injury team. This is an exciting opportunity to manage an established and varied caseload while playing a key role in delivering outstanding legal services and supporting the team’s operational and commercial success.

You’ll work closely with clients from the outset of their claim through to resolution, building trusted relationships and ensuring every matter progresses efficiently and effectively.

What you’ll be doing

• Conduct initial client consultations and triage new enquiries with professionalism and empathy
• Advise and liaise with clients on all aspects of personal injury matters
• Manage a varied caseload, progressing files proactively and in a timely manner
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
• Negotiate settlements aligned with client objectives and best outcomes

What we’re looking for

• 3-4 PQE (or equivalent) in Personal Injury
• Strong organisational and case management skills
• Confident communicator with a client-first approach
• Commercial awareness and motivation to meet performance targets
• Proactive, team-oriented mindset with attention to detail

Numeration

Salary, bonus and benefits can all be negotiated depending on experience and billings
