Role: Senior Quantity Surveyor
Location: Manchester, hybrid
Rate: £400. (outside IR35)
The Company: A leading subcontractor working on large groundwork and civils schemes across AMP7 for United Utilities.
Your Role: Reporting into the Commercial Manager, Working on the capital delivery framework for United Utilities . Project Values circa 1 million. You will be responsible for managing CVRs, cost management, subcontract management, change management, monthly valuations and commercial reporting.

Your Background: To be considered for this incredible opportunity, you will need to be an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor with a proven background working within the civil engineering, ground works or infrastructure sectors with main contractors or a large subcontractor. In addition, you will have great leadership and communication skills and will have a full UK drivers’ licence.
