Assistant Quantity Surveyor – ABS Commercial Solutions
ABS Commercial are a professional services business who deal with some of the UK's leading PLCS.
We are looking for Senior Quantity Surveyor to add to our team to work with some of our leading clients across the UK on a number of Commercial Projects.
Key accountability's:
- Commercial Process & Governance
- Commercial Contract Management / Change Control
- NEC3/4 & JCT Contract Management
- Commercial Reporting
- Dispute Management & Resolution
- Bill of Quantities / Take-Off
- Stakeholder Engagement & Communication
- Commercial Development of Existing Teams
- Application for Payment Management
- Subcontract Management and Payment Approval
- Procurement Support
Qualifications
- Degree Educated in Quantity Surveying or another relevant degree but experience and other qualifications are also considered
- 2 years plus commercial experience
- Utilities, Highways and infrastructure background although others will be considered
- Full Drivers Licence and own transport
