A growing and thriving business within the Utilities and Infrastructure sector are currently looking to recruit a Contracts Manager on a full-time permanent basis. As a contract Manager you will lead & manage the contract dedicated to the safe provision of PASMA scaffold towers and access via specialist scaffolding via a network of sub-contractors.
You will will be responsible for developing a programme of work to meet the primary client requirements whilst following the Company’s Vision, Mission and Values.
Your key responsibilities will include;
- Lead and manage a team
- Maintain and develop an operations programme of work
- Maintain and deliver on company and clients requirements
- Communicate with key stakeholders both internal and external
- Conduct and document toolbox talks and site audits
- Support the business and wider business with ISO Standards and HSQE
To be successful within this role you will have a full UK driving licence, the willingness to travel to various sites along with experience in a similar management position, ideally within the utilities industry. Similar industries will be considered. You will have good communication skills and the ability to lead, motivate and achieve great things.
The following skills/qualifications are advantageous; PASMA certificate, Advacned scaffolding card, SMSTS, NEBOSH or IOSH and utilities experience.
